Key Job Responsibilities
As a GO AI Associate, you will:
- Watch videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center.
- Use human judgment combined with tools to indicate the activity captured in the video.
- Verify or mark the location of products through a tool with high accuracy.
- Perform precise and thorough video/image annotations with a high degree of accuracy.
A Day in the Life
- Work in a 24X7 environment with rotational shifts.
- Work a 9-hour shift, including breaks, with shifts changing every quarter or as required.
- Receive night shift allowance if working night shifts.
- Enjoy rotational two-consecutive days off (not necessarily weekends).

The GO-AI team provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities, enabling hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos/images. By annotating videos, the team helps maintain stow quality at the fulfillment center, enhancing the effectiveness of the automated process.
Basic Qualifications
- Graduation in any stream.
- 0-24 months of experience in any domain with good logical reasoning skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Non-Engineering academic background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent listening and data accuracy skills.
- Eye for detail.
- Demonstrable understanding of the Internet and basic tools/applications.
